Why should I train with Fletcher Fitness? Why have a Mental Performance Coach? What does that type of training even entail?

Imagine having a coach that will lead you through the mental & emotional demands of your sport while completely understanding the physical demands as well. This is nearly impossible to find in today’s fitness industry.

Many mental skills coaches or sports psychologists are brilliant and educated yet lack the ability to know what it feels like to do an intense strength and conditioning session,  run a competitive race,  play an overtime game or crush a CrossFit workout.  What makes me different… is my ability to relate to you as an athlete.

I have spent the past 15 years striving for my goal of becoming a Performance Coach with the ultimate background and education in fitness and sport performance. I knew that in order to be the best coach I could be, I needed to get as much experience as I could in all areas of fitness (college coach, 3 sport collegiate athlete, strength and conditioning, fitness management, CrossFit, master’s level education).   I continue to compete and push my limits athletically because I am an athlete and I always will be.

My background in all aspects of fitness in combination with performance psychology is simply unrivaled.
